Walking up to three miles for 45 minutes in Room 13 on Mondays and Wednesdays, at 7:00PM and Saturdays at 9:00AM to walking YouTube videos, is a good way to keep moving your whole body with others to enjoy fellowship, fun, and laughter! Come all three times or when your schedule permits! It is not your normal walk around the block. This walk is active and energizing! All ages are welcome!
